You’ll complete the forms through the U.S. State Department website.
Book your appointment immediately after.
You’ll schedule your visit with the U.S. Citizen Services at the U.S. Embassy Bogotá.
Apply for the CRBA (Consular Report of Birth Abroad) at the same time.
You don’t need two separate appointments anymore!

After that? You’ll receive a card letting you know when to return—same day—to pick up your baby’s passport.
